Eight grade students worked very quickly to review clay techniques from previous years as they made these fabulous Clay Pendants. We covered coil, slab, and handmolding. Students also learned about geometric vs. freeform and reviewed attaching. This was all done in 2 class periods along with learning clean up and where to keep clay safe! High five to my students for achieving this feat! These tiny clay creations will be made into wearable and useable art after they are glazed.
